ptc. has now been providing advice to various clients in Latin America, including different retailer groups, for a number of years. We are currently working on a shopping centre project in Santiago, Chile with over 5,000 parking spaces. This project comprises different areas of parking consultancy, including parking design, traffic flow, communication and wayfinding.
In the article ‘Integrando la primera y última impresión de su cliente’ we discuss the customer’s parking journey from arrival at the car park’s entrance to finding the exit and all the stages in between.
The article highlights the importance of the car park as a source of differentiation in the retail arena. We can never repeat enough that the parking experience has a significant positive or negative impact on customer’s overall satisfaction levels.
The publication follows Cristina Lynn’s presentation about retail parking and the customer journey at the 7th Latam Retail Congresshop, in Santiago, Chile, in October last year.
