PCI’s roving reporters came across this sign during the week. On face value – it made us laugh, and could well be used by any number of disgruntled community groups to protest against the introduction of on-street parking meters.
But, we’d like to get to the bottom of it! The post says it’s from Melbourne, and the buildings in the background look reminiscent of Federation Square. Can any of our Melbourne readers cast any light on this? Was this being used in a parking protest? Or maybe it was part of an immigration protest?
