Part of a portfolio of 74 residential aged care facilities in NSW and the ACT, Uniting Kingscliff is due for a redevelopment after its 30 years of operation. Uniting’s vision is to transform the existing infrastructure into a $230 million seniors’ community.
Uniting recently received State Significant Development Application (SSDA) approval to proceed with the redevelopment which will be completed in stages to minimise impact on current residents. With 199 independent living units and 120 residential aged care places, the new facilities will also include a seniors wellness centre and medical consultation rooms.
