Liv Indigo is the build-to-rent component of the Pavilions, a four-tower development located at Sydney Olympic Park. Designed by architectural firm BVN in collaboration with Mirvac Design, Pavilions comprises 696 apartments, 730 car parking spaces and over 1,000 bicycle parking spaces.
Mirvac’s CEO & MD Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz was joined by NSW Minister for Planning & Public Spaces Rob Stokes for the official opening of Liv Indigo last week. Units are being pre-leased and renters will be able to move in from 1st of September.
ptc. was engaged by Mirvac to provide traffic engineering and civil design services during different stages of the Pavilions development.
Our involvement began during the Development Application Process with the preparation of a traffic impact assessment, car park design advice and road design and assessment. We participated in the project modifications and provided responses to the authorities as needed.
We were also engaged during the Construction Stage to provide the compliance certificates, prepare the demolition and construction traffic management plans, provide additional design advice and prepare a Transport Access Guide for residents and visitors. Finally, our team was involved at Completion Stage to issue the occupation certificates.
