Binah Group recently received approval for Elizabeth Street tower development, a 34-storey building comprising residential apartments, a hotel, 5,500 m2 of office space and a roof-top restaurant. Designed by Rothelowman, the mixed-use development will be the tallest tower in Liverpool.
ptc. was engaged by Binah Group to prepare a traffic impact assessment for the development application process. Our role in this project involved the preparation of traffic and parking studies, including traffic surveys, SIDRA analysis and car park review, as well as responding to RMS and Council comments.
