Mirvac transformed the former Channel Nine site in Willoughby into a luxury residential community. The redevelopment resulted in 442 residential apartments across 10 buildings. The site also comprises 6,500 m2 of green space, including the recently opened Henderson Park.
The $790 million redevelopment also includes two food and beverage tenancies and 1,000 sqm of retail space.
ptc. was engaged by Mirvac to provide design advice on the basement car park, loading dock and public domain. Our team designed the Artarmon Road and Richmond Avenue intersection as well as Scott Street.
We were also involved in the construction stage, when we prepared a Construction Traffic Management Plan for the demolition of the mast and general construction. Finally, we carried out site visits and prepared compliance letters in relation to the Construction and Occupation Certificates for all 10 buildings.
